Commercial Regulation Rules are NOT based on Capitalist World's Commercial System or Rules.


The Following Rules are Valid Only in Dark Area.



The First Part
General Sale Rules

1. Commercial Regulation covers General Sales Tradition, Rules and Trade Security.
2. Dark Area reserves the right to add new rules, edit and change existing rules.
3. Conditional sales and sales with debt are prohibited.
4. If sale is done, 5% of the money received By The Seller as escrow fee.




The Second Part
Sale Security

1. Any sales on the forum, including from Verified Sellers, must be done through Escrow.
2. Verified Sellers have a verification badge and special Seller Rank to be truly verified.
3. If you are scammed due to not using Escrow, you will not get refund.
4. The scammer will be permanently banned even though seller is a Verified Seller.
